Minutes of Crowton Parish Council Meeting via Zoom at 7pm 25/02/21

This was a ‘Part B’ Meeting and members of the public were not invited.

135. Apologies

Councillor Holloway and Councillor Miller sent their apologies

136. Present

Councillor Rutter, Councillor Oultram, Councillor Thorne, Councillor E Stubbs, Councillor R Stubbs and Councillor Lessells attended the meeting.

137. To discuss applicants for role of Parish Council Clerk.

Parish Councillors discussed the 2 applicants and recent job interviews held for the role of Parish Council Clerk. The Council unanimously agreed to offer the post to Tracey Whitlow from 01/04/21.

• Clerk instructed to write to the unsuccessful applicant and thank him for his application

• Clerk instructed to draft Employment Contract, H&S Policy and Absence Policy to be emailed to members for their approval.

• Once Employment Contract, H&S Policy and Absence Policy approved by members, Clerk to issue Tracey a formal offer of employment, along with copies of these documents.

The meeting finished at 7.20pm
