a) To receive a report from the outgoing chair on objectives achieved & outstanding

6. Approval of the Minutes of the AMPC from 14th May 2024

7. To review the Standing Orders – note clerks recommends no change, and to set review date of AMPC May 2026

8. To review Financial Regulations – note clerk recommends no change, and to set review date of AMPC in May 2026

9. To review code of conduct and set review date of AMPC in May 2026

10. Financial –

a) To review bank signatories

b) To review pre-authorised payments for 2025-26

c) To review Financial Risk Assessment – note clerks recommends no change- and to set review date of AMPC in May 2026

11. To review Scheme of Delegation, updated in-line with the revised Financial Regulations
