To approve the Minutes of the Parish   Council meetings held on 8th April 2025.

To receive a report from the PCSO.

To receive a report from the Ward   Councillors.

Matters arising from previous   minutes – unless an agenda item.

Accounts/Financial:

1. To note income received and ratify payments   made and approval of invoices received as per payment schedule.

Clerks Report:

To receive any updates   from the clerk, unless an agenda item.

Planning:

1. To review planning applications   received from LPA since the last meeting.

2. To note any LPA decisions notified   to the PC.

Highways:

To receive an update on any highways   issues.

Millenium Green:

1. To receive any updates.

2. To receive an update on the   volunteers.

Asset Maintenance &   Register:

1. Phone box – update on maintenance.

2. War Memorial- update on planned maintenance.

3. Village signage – to receive an update.

4. Onston Lane Phone box – to consider uses for the phone box

Community Drop-in Event

To receive an update on the community   drop-in event.

Volunteer Memorial:

To review the cost of a memorial   bench and resolve actions.

Council Logo:

To consider options for a parish   council logo.

Resilience Plan:

To receive an update on the   Resilience Plan & the Community drop-in event.
