Declarations of Interest:

Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of   interests. To declare any personal,   pecuniary and/or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda and their   nature. [Councillors with pecuniary and/or prejudicial interests must leave   the room for the relevant items]

Public Participation:

Minutes:

To approve the Minutes of the Parish   Council meetings held on 12 November 2024

Ward Councillors:

To receive a report from the Ward   Councillors.

Matters Arising:

Matters arising from previous   minutes – unless an agenda item.

Correspondence:

To review and note the   correspondence of consequence received since the last meeting – unless an   agenda item.

Accounts/Financial:

1. To approve the Cashbook & bank reconciliation   at 26.11.24

2. To note income received and ratify payments   made and approval of invoices received as per payment schedule.

Clerks Report:

To receive any updates from the   clerk.

Budget 2025-26:

To review the 3rd pass   budget for 2025-26 and discuss any further budget items/projects. Budget to   be approved before setting the precept at the latest January 2025.

Village Signage:

To review new signage for the   village & costings.

Planning:

1. To review planning applications received from LPA since the last   meeting.

2. To note any LPA decisions notified to the PC.

Highways:

To receive an update on highways   issues.

Millennium Green:

1. To receive an update on issues with   the pathway.

2. To receive an update on the   volunteers.

Asset Maintenance &   Register:

1. Parish field -To review the annual rent.

2. Phone box – Onston Lane – to review costing   of painting and agree actions.

3. War Memorial- to review costings of painting of   railings and ‘Tommy’ and agree actions

4. Bus shelter – to review ideas for use of the   redundant bus shelter

5. SID’s to review the quote for ongoing   warranty of the SIDs and agree actions

Resilience Plan:

To   receive an update on the resilience plan.
