1. To approve the Cashbook & bank reconciliation at 26.01.24
2. To note income received and ratify payments made and approval of invoices received as per payment schedule.

To receive any updates from the clerk.

1. To review planning applications received from LPA since the last meeting.
2. To note any LPA decisions notified to the PC.

To receive an update on any highways issues.

Asset Maintenance & Register:
1. Phone box – update on maintenance.
2. War Memorial- update on planned maintenance.
3. Bus shelter – update on future usage.

To receive an update on the Resilience Plan.

To appoint the Internal Auditor for year ending March 2025

To review the new 2024 Financial Regulations and amend or adopt.
